Position Title:  Mechanical Design Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

· Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing)

· Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Design vacuum non-standard equipment and products according to customer and market demand, be responsible for design drawings, and lead the preparation of a full set of design and development materials;

· Responsible for the arrangement of the entire project, progress follow-up, lead the project team to complete technical research, timely guide, deal with, coordinate and solve technical problems arising in the production process;

· Responsible for handling and tracking technical problems in product after-sales service, and formulating prevention and improvement measures;

· Positive suggestions for new product development and improvement of existing products. 

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

· Knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process, Problem Solving and decision-making methods, failure analysis, ERP systems (SAP preferred)

· Experience in developing a strong metrics driven team with attention to quality and quantity.

· Experience working in CAD (one of NX / Creo), PDM (TeamCenter) and PLM (Enovia)

· Expert in data mining and interpreting the same.

· Strong analytical knowledge, presentation and negotiation skills.

Desirable Skill:

· Knowledge on manufacturing processes.

· Knowledge on vacuum industry.
